Novo Nordisk Foundation is seeking a student assistant for the Digital & Data Excellence department to support the NORMA grant management system. You will assist with user support, reporting, and training materials, while collaborating with a small cross-disciplinary IT team.
The role offers 15-20 hours per week with flexibility around studies; preferred candidates are pursuing a BSc in IT-related fields and are fluent in English and Danish.
We are looking for a student assistant to join us in the Digital & Data Excellence department. You will be a part of the Business Solutions team, focusing on our SmartSimple-based Grant Management System (GMS) called NORMA. NORMA is used to receive and assess research grant applications, and to administer and pay out grants, and is used by both internal staff as well as a wife range of external users.
As a student assistant, you will work closely with your colleagues in the Business Solutions team and co-workers across the Foundation.Your primary tasks will include:
The Business Solutions team already comprises five full-time employees and one other student assistant, all with various cross-disciplinary backgrounds within information technology. As a team, we strive to deliver the highest quality service while promoting a trust-based feedback culture and a fun working environment.
The working hours is approximately 15-20 hours per week in coordination with the other student assistant in the team, and with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.
The preferred candidate will have a keen interest in information technology systems combined with a flair for providing fast, efficient, and high-quality user support for a wide range of different stakeholders.
