Job summary

Are you a highly motivated student who has an interest in applying data science techniques to analyze complex fuzzy systems? Interested in tackling complex data-related problems, applying theory into practice, and directly influencing decisions across leadership and the organisation? Your new role

In this role, you will transform complex, fuzzy human resource data into useable, deterministic insights that drive better decision-making across the organisation. You will work at the intersection of data science and people analytics, creating visualisations that help leaders make informed decisions while optimising employee management.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

• Acquiring, translating, and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis using ETL tools and processes
• Performing descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive data analysis to extract meaningful features from complex datasets
• Building clear, concise, and precise data visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that track key people metrics and support organisational decisions
• Collaborating with colleagues across the department to identify data-driven opportunities and solve real-world problems
• Applying academic knowledge to practical challenges, bridging theory and application in a global manufacturing environment

Working hours: Minimum 8 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies and exam periods.You can both work inofficeor be working from home.

Your new department

You will be a part of Novo Nordisk Insulin Manufacturing, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and assigned to API People & Organisation. You will be joining a department of more than 50 highly skilled colleagues who support more than 4,500 employees with human resource-related opportunities and challenges. You will report directly to the Senior Director of P&O, and be part of an organisation that values creativity, innovation, and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds.

Salaryand Benefits:This position ishourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 178,71 DKK,based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educationalbackground, demonstratedcompetencies, and the specificskillsrequiredfor the position.In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
