Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant in Clinical Supplies Digital Solutions to gain hands-on experience with dashboards, analytics and automation across BI, data analysis and reporting. Qualifications

• Student studying IT, business with IT focus, or engineering with IT focus, starting or starting soon your master's degree
• Structured and analytical mindset with data, systems and problem-solving
• Experience with or interest in Power BI, Python, SQL and AI tools for automation; Databricks familiarity is a plus
• Interest in modern data platforms such as Databricks and desire to shape BI/AI usage across teams
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements
• Confident English communication, written and spoken

Join us as a Student Assistant and gain hands‑on experience with dashboards, analytics and automation that support Clinical Supplies in delivering products to clinical trials in the right quality, right amount and at the right time.

Your new role

As a Student Assistant in Clinical Supplies Digital Solutions, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to practical tasks across business intelligence, data analysis, reporting and automation. This is a unique opportunity to apply what you are learning at university to real business challenges in a global pharmaceutical company, while helping us strengthen our future platform for BI and AI as we move towards Databricks as our new data and analytics platform.

Day-to-day, your tasks will include:

• Building and improving dashboards, metrics and business intelligence solutions , with a focus on Databricks native dashboards
• Working with Python, SQL and Databricks to support data preparation, analysis and future BI/AI use cases
• Exploring opportunities to automate everyday tasks using AI tools, scripting and smarter ways of working
• Collaborating with colleagues and business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions
• Supporting the team with ad hoc analyses, problem-solving and improvement initiatives across Clinical Supplies

Your new department

In CMC Clinical Supplies Digital Solutions, you will be part of the area that develops, maintains and improves digital solutions supporting the Clinical Supplies value chain. Clinical Supplies plays a key role in clinical drug development by ensuring that products are delivered to clinical trials around the world. As trial volumes and complexity increase, digitalisation, automation and strong data foundations are becoming even more important to how we work.

Our direction is to strengthen the use of AI-enabled tools, so we can make data more accessible and turn insights into better decisions.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a student who is eager to learn, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes initiative on their own to solve business problems.

You could be a great fit if you:

• Are studying a relevant field such as IT, business with an IT focus, engineering with an IT focus or similar, and have started or will soon start your master's degree
• Have a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy working with data, systems and problem-solving
• Have experience with or an interest in Power BI, Python, SQL and using AI tools for automation; Power BI knowledge is useful, while familiarity with or hands-on experience in Databricks is an even stronger advantage
• Are curious about modern data platforms such as Databricks and want to help shape how BI and AI can support future ways of working
• Have a customer‑centric mindset and are able to work with stakeholders to understand their expectations, requirements and business needs
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken

Salaryand Benefits:

This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 209,27 DKK based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educationalbackground, demonstratedcompetencies, and the specificskillsrequiredfor the position. In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
