Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Interest in IT systems and digitalization within regulated industries.
• Structured, proactive, and highly coordinated.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Production, Quality and Laboratory.
• English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across IT, Laboratory, Production, Quality, and external vendors.
• Track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support planning and scheduling of testing and validation activities.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and document actions and decisions.
• Support stakeholder communication and project governance.
• Assist with the inventory and assessment of Windows 10 devices.
• Help ensure project activities are executed in accordance with compliance and validation requirements.
