Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, Data Science or related programme, preferably at Bachelor’s level or at the beginning of a Master’s programme.
• Knowledge of SharePoint setup and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and solutions with a coding mindset.
• Fluent English (Corporate language).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the internal SharePoint site “Homebase”.
• Identify new development needs and configure new functionalities.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support digital projects through research, testing, documentation, process improvement, user guides and basic training.
• Extract, organize and analyze data or documents from different systems and contribute to reporting and visualisations.
• Ad-hoc tasks: help manage meeting rooms, copy rooms, and hallways, and assist with off-sites and room bookings.
