Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Student assistant to support IT configurations in a clinical setting. You will develop and maintain the internal SharePoint site, identify needs, and build Power Apps/Automate solutions. You will also assist with data analysis and documentation, plus supporting meetings and events.

Ideal candidates are IT/CS students at bachelor level or early master, with English fluency and hands-on Power Apps experience. This is an on-site role in Gentofte, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or related programme, preferably at Bachelor’s level or starting a Master’s.
• Knowledge of SharePoint setup and maintenance is required.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Strong IT systems understanding, coding mindset and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Novo Nordisk's internal SharePoint site “Homebase”.
• Identify development needs and configure new functionalities.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Support digital projects with research, testing, documentation and training.
• Extract, organise and analyse data for reporting and visualisations.
• Ad-hoc tasks: assist with meeting rooms, off-sites and room bookings.
