Qualifications

• Currently enrolled on a BA or MA level and have a minimum of 2 years left.
• Fluent in English - written and oral.
• Curious, good at asking questions and a born communicator who quickly establishes networks.
• Structured, analytical and able to proactively drive initiatives and tasks.

Responsibilities

• PI Planning: prepare Azure DevOps dashboards for PI planning sessions for D365FO and AX2012 ERPs.
• Release and Test Management: follow up on testing status and report to management; help implement a global release/test management tool and processes based on Agile methods.
• Internal communication: create/refine internal content and design presentations for reports and prioritised updates.
• Ad-hoc tasks: assist PMOs with planning, events and periodic stand-ups; use AI tools to streamline tasks and improve materials.
• Opportunity to lead initiatives and practice project management and business analysis skills.
