Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a proactive Student Assistant to join the Operations team in Copenhagen on a part-time basis. You will support staffing planning, data quality, and operational reporting while gaining hands-on experience in how a leading digital agency runs its internal operations.

You will work 15-20 hours weekly, collaborate with the PMO and Commercial Operations, and develop skills in Excel, data management, and cross-team coordination in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business, Economics, Communication, or similar) with at least 1 year left.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Fluent in Danish and comfortable in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project and resource plans across departments.
• Check data accuracy across operational systems and assist cleanup tasks.
• Prepare productivity and profitability reports and summaries for internal use.
• Collaborate with the PMO and Commercial Operations team on ad-hoc tasks.
