Job summary

Merkle Denmark is seeking a proactive Student Assistant to join our Operations team in Copenhagen on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a student wanting hands-on experience in how a leading digital agency runs its internal operations.

You will support staffing and planning, maintain high data quality in our systems, and help produce productivity and profitability insights for smooth delivery across the business. Hybrid work options are available to fit study schedules.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program with at least 1 year remaining.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling data.
• Fluent in Danish and comfortable in English.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing staffing and planning, updating project and resource plans.
• Coordinate availability and assignments across departments.
• Conduct data quality checks across operational systems and document processes.
• Contribute to productivity and profitability analysis and prepare internal reports.
