Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark is seeking a structured and analytical Student Worker to support IPD Business Management with data analysis, ERP-related tasks and day-to-day operations. The role offers exposure to both administrative and financial processes in a high‑tech defense and aerospace environment.

Working about 15 hours per week with flexible hours, you will learn from experienced colleagues, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills while balancing studies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
• Can-do attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Working with data from our ERP system, including extracting, structuring, validating and analyzing data.
• Supporting recurring ERP‑related activities and ensuring that processes are completed correctly and on time.
• Supporting our time‑registration processes, including monitoring registration activities, following up on missing or incorrect registrations and helping ensure a smooth monthly process.
• Supporting the team with various ad hoc analytical and operational tasks.
