Job summary

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Structured and analytical, with proactive learning mindset.
Interest in solving practical problems and automation.
Experience or interest in Excel and VBA automation.

Responsibilities

Automation & Reporting: Analyze and improve reporting processes and data flows; automate and optimize reporting with Excel and VBA; streamline reporting workflows; develop automated reporting and presentation solutions; reduce manual handling and improve consistency.
Process Digitalization: Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with digital solutions; develop tools to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors; support standardized outputs.
Excel-Based Tools & Tracking: Develop Excel-based solutions for tracking, monitoring, and follow-up; implement automated reminders and visual indicators for overdue tasks.
SAP Data Handling & Automation: Support extraction and structuring of data from SAP; assist in automating document retrieval and handling; track document availability and status.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Document tools and processes; contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows; collaborate with stakeholders to implement practical digital solutions.
