Job summary

The VELUX Group is seeking a Student Assistant for Internal Communication in its Operation & Supply division, Østbirk. You will work with the Senior Communication Partner to craft stories, publish content, and help drive engagement across channels.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with content creation, digital platforms, and communication planning while balancing studies and work in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in communication, journalism or related field, preferably in the final year.
• Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Able to grasp new topics quickly and communicate clearly and engagingly.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Communication Partner in creating, editing, and publishing articles and content about developments across Operation & Supply.
• Assist in developing and executing communication plans for strategies and initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data from digital platforms to evaluate reach and impact of activities.
• Develop and maintain the internal SharePoint site with engaging content.
• Promote internal communication and support campaigns across channels like Viva Engage and info screens.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and production of materials including basic video, PowerPoint decks, leaflets and posters.
