VELUX A/S in Østbirk is seeking a Student Assistant for Internal Communication in Operation & Supply. You will help write and develop engaging stories for colleagues across platforms and media, and support content creation for SharePoint and Viva Engage.
Work 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours; remote work is possible, but you should spend at least one day weekly in the Østbirk office. This role offers hands-on learning in corporate communications within a global group.

Then you could be our new Student Assistant for Internal Communication in VELUX Operation & Supply.
As our new Student Assistant, you will become part of the Operation & Supply organisation and work closely with our Senior Communication Partner and another Student Assistant. Together, you will help ensure effective and engaging communication across an organisation of approximately 6,200 colleagues located across Europe and the US within production, logistics, QHSE&E, and engineering.
You will join a collaborative and supportive environment where you will gain hands‑on experience with internal communication, content creation, digital platforms, and communication planning. The role offers considerable opportunities for learning and professional development while contributing to important initiatives across the business.
We are looking for a student who can work 15-20 hours per week. Working hours are flexible and can be adapted to fit your studies. Remote work is possible, but you should expect to work from our Østbirk office at least one day per week. It might be possible to find different carpools to Østbirk.
