Job summary

VELUX A/S is seeking a Student Assistant for Internal Communication in the Operation & Supply area. You will help write and publish stories for colleagues across platforms and support planning and execution of communication initiatives.

The role offers learning opportunities, flexible hours, and a hybrid setup with some in-office presence in Østbirk. You will work closely with the Senior Communication Partner and a fellow Student Assistant.

Qualifications

Currently studying communication, journalism, or a related field, preferably in the final year of your bachelor's degree.
Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
Able to learn new topics quickly and communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Communication Partner in creating, editing, and publishing internal content across platforms.
Assist in developing and executing communication plans for strategies and initiatives.
Collect and analyse data from digital channels to evaluate reach and impact.
Develop and maintain the internal SharePoint site with engaging content.
Promote internal communication across channels including Viva Engage and information screens.
