Job summary

VELUX Group seeks a proactive Student Assistant for Visitor Experience & Reporting at the Østbirk campus. You will help coordinate visits, events, and guest experiences, while supporting recurring reporting and data quality tasks.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related bachelor’s or master’s program, comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in English and Danish. This is an on-site, part-time role with flexibility around study schedules.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with good data handling and reporting skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Support visitor experiences, events, and campus activities at Østbirk.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, data checks, and quality control.
• Coordinate communication tasks and practical arrangements for visits and tours.
