VELUX A/S seeks a Performance & Data Analyst to turn production data into actionable insights. You will support reporting, dashboards and data models across local and global operations from the Thyregod site.

The role collaborates with IT, data owners and managers, focusing on practical data solutions and robust reporting. Hybrid work up to 2 days/week is possible with occasional travel.

Formación

• Education in production technology, data, IT or related field.
• Experience with production processes and industrial data.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL for reporting.
• Knowledge of OEE reporting and data storage platforms such as Snowflake.
• Systematic and detail-oriented with focus on data quality.

The team values collaboration and enjoys open and direct communication when sharing knowledge and working together to find practical solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, including management, engineers and production employees, to make relevant data accessible and useful in daily operations. **What we offer**As Performance & Data Analyst, you will help make data available, understandable and relevant for reporting and decision-making. You will work across three main areas: system administration, business intelligence (BI) development and digitalisation project management. More specifically your tasks will be to:* Manage projects e.g., within digitalisation and physical installations of project related equipment and services.* Build and maintain KPI and production dashboards in Power BI and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) reports for use in daily production.* Build and maintain basic data models in Power BI, ensuring clean structures for reporting, within the production domain,* Define requirements for data from production equipment and help ensure that delivered data is reliable and fit for use.* Establish clear standards and practical ways of working for production-data handling and reporting.* Work with IT, data owners, department managers, production management and external partners to develop and review data solutions, while sharing BI knowledge across the organisation. The role is based in Thyregod with the possibility to work from home up to 2 days per week when tasks and projects allow. You can expect domestic and occasional international travel, approximately 10-15 days per year. **What you will bring into the organization**You are interested in how data can support production and operational decisions. You take a pragmatic approach, focusing on how data can support practical decisions and day-to-day needs. You can explain data-related topics clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues and contribute constructively when discussing possible solutions.
