University of Copenhagen seeks a Student Assistant to support administration and communications at NordStruct. The role is 12 months, with an average of 10 hours per week, based in DK.
Responsibilities include coordinating travel, venues, meetings, and preparing materials and minutes, plus maintaining Excel databases and CMS updates. You will work with a team focused on structural biology infrastructure in the Nordic region, reporting to the ISBUC Coordinator.
The Integrative Structural Biology cluster at the University of Copenhagen is looking for a student assistant to assist with communications tasks with effect from 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. Average working hours will be 10 hours per week.
This student assistant position is based at NordStruct which is a network for structural biology infrastructure in the Nordic region. It brings together universities and research facilities across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden to strengthen collaboration, improve access to advanced facilities, and support training in structural biology. Through activities such as mobility grants, collaboration grants, advanced PhD training, topical meetings, and a network for facility managers NordStruct supports researchers at all career stages and helps develop the competencies needed to conduct cutting edge structural biology research. By connecting infrastructures, expertise, and researchers, NordStruct aims to strengthen the international competitiveness of Nordic structural biology and establish the region as a global leader in the field.

The position is for a 12 month contract. Varying working hours is to be expected, but the average working hours is 10 hours per week.
Employment conditions will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Organizations of Public Employees – governmental institutions (the OAO-S collective agreement) under HK/STAT as HK Student. Your salary will be based on seniority. The employment is conditioned on documentation for active enrolment at a University or similar.
