Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Student Assistant in Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization to support communication activities and stakeholder engagement. You will gain hands-on experience from day one while working 10–15 hours per week at the Bjerringbro office, with hybrid flexibility to work from home on agreed days.

You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, have interest in internal comms, event coordination, SharePoint, and MS Office, and be comfortable

  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and with others.
  • Good written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Organize team and function meetings, prepare presentation materials, and provide practical support.
  • Help plan and execute leadership team and function days, including social events.
  • Coordinate and publish monthly newsletters; collect and review content.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites for current, easy navigation content.
  • Develop communication materials for various platforms and support stakeholder communication.
  • Assist the function with ad hoc communication tasks.

As our new Student Assistant in Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization, you will support communication activities within the function and towards stakeholders across the organization, helping turn ideas into action.

What you will be doing

As part of the Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization team in Group Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, you will gain hands‑on experience and contribute to meaningful initiatives from day one.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing team and function meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring practical support
  • Supporting the planning and execution of leadership team and function days, including social gatherings
  • Coordinating and publishing monthly newsletters, including collecting and reviewing content
  • Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites to ensure content is current and easy to navigate
  • Developing communication materials for various platforms and supporting stakeholder communication
  • Supporting the function with ad hoc communication tasks

You will work approximately 10 to 15 hours per week from our office in Bjerringbro. We will ensure flexibility around your studies and exams, and there will be opportunities to work from home on agreed days.
