Job summary

Novonesis invites applications for a Student Assistant to support the Order to Cash Integration team. The role is hybrid with about 20 hours per week and is based at our Lyngby headquarters in Denmark.

You will help with project documentation, workshops, and data analysis while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. You will contribute to process improvements, AI-related initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant technical degree with at least one year remaining.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Interest in AI technologies and concepts like prompt engineering, data quality, performance measurement, or model optimization.
• Experience with analytics tools, process mapping, or user-focused solution design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Leads with project documentation, workshop preparation, requirements gathering, decision material, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and improve team intranet pages for structured, accessible information.
• Collect and analyse business data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives related to AI, automation, and process optimization.
• Translate business needs into clear processes, requirements, and technical specifications.
