Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Rewards team within Global HR. You will support compensation and benefits initiatives, develop training materials, and help with reporting and data analytics across countries. The role offers ~15 hours per week with some flexibility during exams.

You are currently studying Finance, HR, Business Administration, Data or IT at a Danish university, are self-driven, and fluent in English. Danish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark internal and external compensation and benefits practices.
• Analyze and develop proposals for new compensation and benefits solutions.
• Develop and maintain training and communication materials for managers on policy and deployment across countries.
• Reporting and analytics based on employee life cycle data.
• Update and develop HRIT solutions for annual activities.
• Collaborate across HR functions.
