Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Rewards team within Global HR. You will support compensation and benefits initiatives, develop training materials, and help with reporting and data analytics across countries. The role offers ~15 hours per week with some flexibility during exams.

You are currently studying Finance, HR, Business Administration, Data or IT at a Danish university, are self-driven, and fluent in English. Danish knowledge is a plus.

The role and impact

As a Student Assistant in the Rewards team in Global HR, you will become part of a highly specialized and dedicated team. Along with our colleagues in Global Mobility, HRIT and Analytics we deliver solutions, support and concepts that drive employee engagement and support performance and development across the organization.

We are passionate about our fields of work and are looking for a student who is curious about HR processes and motivated to learn more about global HR solutions by supporting a wide range of activities directly impacting the organization.

You will gain deep insights into employee lifecycle events, how data and processes facilitate meaningful decisions and how we deliver solutions that attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled technical workforce.

Your responsibilities

• Benchmarking of internal and external compensation and benefits practices
• Analysis and development of proposals for new solutions within Compensation and Benefits
• Develop and maintain training and communication materials to managers related to policy, guides and principles, deployment of workforce in different countries
• Reporting and analytics based on employee life cycle data
• Update and development of HRIT solutions for annual activities
• Collaboration across HR functions

We expect you to work around 15 hours weekly - possibly more during breaks or peak periods - and we are of course flexible during exam periods.

What you’ll bring

You are currently studying in the fields of Finance, HR, Business Administration, Data, IT or another relevant field at a Danish university. You are self-driven, accountable, and structured with a focus on high-quality results. You have a proactive and customer-focused mindset and thrive in a transformational environment. You are motivated by learning and interacting with stakeholders and colleagues and in addition, you are an experienced user of Excel and proficient in PowerPoint and similar tools.

You speak English fluently – knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
