Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Denmark is seeking a student to join the HR Admin & Payroll Team as a part-time internship, offering hands-on experience in a large global organisation. You will support general HR admin tasks, recruitment, onboarding, data analysis, and reporting, using Workday, SharePoint and SAP, with Danish and English proficiency required.

The role is about 15 hours per week, with compensation of 160 DKK/hour for bachelor students and 175 DKK/hour for master students, plus

Qualifications

• Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Danish and English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support general HR administrative tasks including archiving and updating employee data in information systems.
• Assist with recruitment tasks: candidate management, interview coordination, career fairs logistics.
• Support onboarding tasks such as introductory courses.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
• Assist with presentations, templates, guidelines and HR documents.
• Handle various ad hoc HR tasks.
