Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an HR Student Assistant to join its Copenhagen HR team on a part-time basis. You will report to the Head of HR Transport and balance 10-15 hours per week with your studies in a global, values-driven environment.

You will support HR projects, assist with bonus processes, prepare data for presentations, and help plan events and workshops across Ramboll’s international network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HRM or related field.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Professional English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Service-minded and proactive in stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing HR projects (performance management, skills taxonomy, talent management, annual HR processes).
• Support bonus processes with HR Business Partners and Finance.
• Data preparation and reporting for presentations.
• Assist with planning and facilitating events/workshops (Insights Discovery, Reverse Mentoring, Capability Programme).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on events or projects.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
