Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Student Assistant for Global Supply Chain Data & Analytics in Lyngby, Denmark. You will help transform complex data into actionable insights, collaborate with global stakeholders, and contribute to data product development and digital transformation initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience with real supply chain data, develop analytical, technical, and stakeholder skills, and work 15–20 hours weekly while pursuing your studies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in relevant field.
• Expected to graduate summer 2028 or later.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Basic experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, KNIME, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
• Ability to structure information and communicate insights clearly.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and learning new systems.
• Proficient English speaking and writing.
• Curious, proactive, collaborative, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and preparation across supply chain areas (planning, costing, warehousing, logistics, O2C).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical insights using Power BI and related tools.
• Document data models, definitions, and process flows to improve transparency and data quality.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and analytics colleagues worldwide and take ownership of projects as you grow.
