Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Strategy Project Manager to join the Operations Strategy team in Lyngby. You will drive strategy, transformation and hands-on delivery across Novonesis Operations, leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring delivery against targets.

The role emphasizes turning ambitious transformation targets into measurable results, with collaboration across finance and initiative owners on business cases and benefits tracking. Danish language is not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing ops, operational excellence, supply chain or operational finance.
• Experience working in or directly with production sites.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.
• Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects from definition to implementation.
• Strong business-case, Excel and communication skills, together with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive production-related and cross-functional initiatives in the DCFG portfolio and the wider Operations Strategy agenda.
• Track progress, remove barriers and support recovery actions when delivery is at risk.
• Strengthen initiatives by challenging their value, plans, resources, timing and risks.
• Partner with Finance and initiative owners on business cases, savings logic and benefit tracking.
• Lead selected strategic projects and support Operations leadership with recommendations and decision material.

We are a small team of four colleagues and a student worker. Today, our primary focus is the Decoupling Cost from Growth programme, DCFG. However, our remit is the wider Operations strategy agenda, and our focus will evolve as priorities change.We work across functions, production sites and strategic priorities and collaborate closely, challenge each other constructively and adapt when priorities change. Our goal is to make Operations more productive, scalable and ready for future growth.Your impactYou will combine strategy, transformation and hands-on delivery across Novonesis Operations.
