VELUX is seeking an experienced Global Quality Specialist in Mechatronics/Electronics to bridge Product Development and our global supply chain. You will lead quality activities across NPL and Engineering Change teams, ensuring quality is embedded from concept through industrialisation to stable operations.

You will join Global Quality at VELUX. We are looking for a new colleague who will bridge Product Development and our global supply chain, ensuring that quality is embedded from the earliest product concepts through project execution and into stable operations.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations & Supply, you will become part of a skilled and experienced team that plays a key role in developing and manufacturing our high-quality products.
Skjern is the primary work location within a possible hybrid working model, with a minimum on-site presence of two days per week and as needed for business activities. Østbirk may be used as a secondary work location.
Your will report to the Senior Area Quality Manager.
As our new experienced global quality specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring quality is integrated throughout a major strategic technology project. Working closely with colleagues across Product Development, Engineering, Operations and Supplier Quality, you will bridge development and supply chain, ensuring quality is embedded from concept through industrialisation and into stable operations in own production as well as at sourcing partners.
As a person, you are collaborative and engaged, with a structured and persistent approach to your work. You are a curious problem-solver with a good sense of humor and a strong drive to see things through. You thrive in a matrix organisation, balancing multiple priorities while building strong relationships and securing commitment across functions. You enjoy working in international teams and navigating different cultures, and you communicate confidently in English and preferably also Danish, both verbally and in writing.
