Job summary

Vestas invites you to join as a Strategy Advisor and act as the trusted partner to the SVP, Product Line Onshore. You will connect strategy with execution by driving the leadership operating rhythm, coordinating performance management, and guiding transformation across Onshore and Offshore product lines.

You’ll lead governance, annual planning cycles, and executive communications, shaping leadership decisions and measurable business outcomes in the world’s leading wind energy company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years in strategy, transformation, governance, PMO or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic priorities.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Transformation: drive and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across onshore and offshore.
• Governance & Annual Wheel: manage governance framework and leadership reviews.
• Performance management: lead performance reviews with EVP and provide leadership materials.
• Engagement & Leadership Communication: lead employee engagement and craft executive communications.
