Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5–8+ years in portfolio management, PMO, or business operations.
Experience with governance processes: intake, prioritization, scoring, and change control.
Strong analytical skills with portfolio metrics, capacity, and schedule insight.
Proficient in Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Primavera; Planisware/Cplace is a plus.
Experience reporting at executive level and facilitating governance boards.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio intake and scoring across Product Lines and Functions.
Own and maintain the portfolio system of record and executive dashboards.
Establish capacity, cost, and lead-time visibility and cross-functional prioritization.
Coordinate Portfolio governance forums and prepare decision materials.
Drive benefits realization linking initiatives to strategic objectives.
Develop portfolio analyses and recommendations for leadership.
Promote stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
