Vestas seeks a Strategy Advisor to partner with the SVP, Product Line Onshore, driving strategic transformation and performance management across Onshore and Offshore Product Lines. You will shape leadership engagement and business outcomes in the world’s leading wind energy company.

The role connects strategy with execution by coordinating leadership rhythm, transformation activities, and governance across Product Lines, with collaboration across global teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, governance, consulting, PMO, or advisory roles within complex global organizations or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, to drive priorities and outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

• Strategy & Transformation: drive strategic transformation initiatives across onshore and offshore, develop and manage the joint transformation roadmap, ensure priorities and progress.
• Governance & Annual Wheel: lead the Product Line annual wheel and governance framework, plan leadership reviews and strategic planning processes.
• Performance management: lead performance review processes with Finance, consolidate leadership insights, monitor actions across Product Line leadership teams.
• Engagement & Leadership Communication: lead employee engagement initiatives, develop executive presentations and narratives for the SVP, translate topics to clear communications.

The Strategy Advisor serves as the right hand and trusted advisor to the SVP, Product Line Onshore. The role connects strategy with execution by driving the leadership operating rhythm, coordinating performance management, leading transformation activities and strengthening engagement across Product Line Onshore and Product Line Offshore.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Transformation: drive and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across onshore and offshore, develop and manage the joint transformation roadmap, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, alignment, and progress tracking, translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, informed leadership decisions, and measurable business outcomes
• Governance & Annual Wheel: lead and manage the Product Line annual wheel and governance framework, plan and facilitate leadership reviews, strategic planning processes, and key management forums, ensure the timely preparation of leadership agenda items, driving clear decision-making, accountability, and effective follow-through on key actions
• Performance management: lead performance management and review processes across Product Line onshore and offshore in close collaboration with the Finance team, prepare and facilitate functional performance review meetings with EVP, consolidate clear insights on business results, strategic progress, risks, and key decisions into leadership materials, monitor and drive follow-through on actions and commitments across Product Line leadership teams
• Engagement & Leadership Communication: lead employee engagement initiatives across Product Lines, including town halls, leadership events, and leadership community programs, develop impactful executive presentations, communication materials, and strategic narratives for the SVP, translate complex business topics into clear, compelling, and audience-focused communications

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, governance, consulting, PMO, or advisory roles within complex global organizations or consulting environments
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, to drive strategic priorities and business outcomes with sound judgment and discretion
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership, effectively managing high-priority initiatives with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and organizational capabilities, with the ability to synthesize diverse inputs and create clarity in complex situations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop compelling executive narratives and deliver high-impact leadership presentations and materials
• Strategic thinking: Connect business priorities with organizational impact and long-term strategic objectives to drive sustainable success
• Stakeholder management: Build trust, alignment, and collaboration across senior leaders, functions, and Product Lines to achieve shared goals
• Transformation leadership: Structure, lead, and execute cross-functional transformation initiatives from roadmap development through successful implementation
• Governance and performance management: Establish effective governance, decision-making forums, and disciplined operating rhythms with transparent progress tracking and follow-up
• Communication & presentation craftsmanship: Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and compelling SVP-level presentations, narratives, and communication materials for leadership forums, town halls, and business reviews
• Influence: Mobilize stakeholders, navigate organizational complexity, and drive outcomes across functional and business boundaries
