Job summary

DANX Carousel is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Strategy & M&A team at our Ishøj headquarters. You will drive group strategic projects, oversee post-merger integrations, and push AI-driven value creation across the organization.

You’ll work with the Group CFO, Finance, and broader group, with some travel in Europe. The role emphasizes problem definition, analysis, recommendations, and implementation, supported by strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of strategy experience in consulting or an internal strategy team.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to present to senior management.
• Genuine interest in AI and how it can create value in a business.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Lead post-merger integrations with pre-close planning and hand-over to BAU.
• Coordinate workstreams and track synergy realization to ensure deal value realization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI across the group and support implementation.
• Prepare analyses for steering committees and executive management.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the group.
• Develop and improve strategy and integration playbooks.
