Job summary

Visma e-conomic is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to govern AI adoption and drive measurable business value across functions. You will establish maturity models, align local initiatives with corporate priorities, and manage cross-functional AI initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will balance strategic planning with execution, build business cases, and scale successful AI solutions across the Visma Group. Copenhagen-based with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or strategy consulting, or in strategy/transformation roles in tech or SaaS.
• Hands-on with AI, actively using AI tools in work and leading adoption.
• Strong project management with the ability to drive execution across many stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who can present to senior stakeholders and run workshops.
• Analytical mindset with KPIs, data and business cases to support impact.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus.
• Location in or near Copenhagen; hybrid work with office presence at Carlsberg Byen.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Operating Model: Establish a shared maturity model, common terminology, and operating rhythm across business units.
• Investment & Prioritization: Assess cross-functional use cases, build business cases, monitor AI expenditure, advise on capital allocation.
• Network Leadership & Visma Alignment: Lead internal network of AI ambassadors and align with Visma Group to scale solutions.
• Executive Reporting & Storytelling: Define performance metrics, track ROI, deliver reports to executive management and Visma Group leadership.
• Capability Building: Plan enablement sessions, hackathons, and workshops to upskill teams.
• Corporate Strategy: Contribute to broader strategic priorities within e-conomic's strategy function.
