Job summary

RIB Software GmbH in Copenhagen is seeking an ambitious Graduate Strategy & M&A Analyst to help shape the next chapter of our transformation from a SaaS pioneer into an AI-driven market leader. Join a three-person Strategy & M&A team and work directly with senior leadership on market intelligence, growth opportunities, and due diligence.

You will analyze data, prepare insights, and collaborate with Commercial, Product, Technology and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with relevant internships or projects.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in corporate strategy, M&A and business transformation.
• Ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive market intelligence and competitive analysis across industry trends and AI impacts.
• Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations.
• Contribute to M&A and growth initiatives via target screening and due diligence.
• Perform market sizing and customer segmentation for growth opportunities.
• Provide board-ready recommendations from complex data.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Tech and Corporate functions to align priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
