Job summary

Rockwool Group in Hedehusene is seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house creative team, with a focus on video and motion content across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. You will lead video productions, animations and digital assets from concept to final delivery.

The role combines hands-on motion design with day-to-day graphic production, ensuring strong storytelling and a consistent Rockfon brand experience across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong hands-on experience with video production, editing and motion content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video content with strong narrative flow and storytelling.
• Create motion content and reels optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Produce static and dynamic banners, graphics, animations and visual elements for digital campaigns.
• Develop platform-specific content and understand what resonates with different audiences.

Job description

We're looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house creative team at Rockfon, with a particular focus on video and motion content. This is an exciting opportunity to become Rockfon's motion and video specialist, driving the development of engaging visual content across our global markets. Our team consists of two graphic designers and an apprentice, supporting Rockfon's markets across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As our video and motion specialist, you'll lead the creation of video productions, animations, motion graphics, and other digital assets, serving as the go-to expert for all motion-related projects from concept to final delivery. Alongside this, you'll contribute to the team's day-to-day graphic design work, helping create high-quality marketing materials and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Who are we looking for?

You will join our Graphic Design team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining Rockfon's visual identity across markets and channels. Through strong visual communication, the team ensures brand consistency, quality, and strategic alignment in all materials. We are looking for a technically strong profile who can support the following areas:

• Create and edit high-quality video content with strong narrative flow and storytelling
• Create motion content and reels optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Produce static and dynamic banners, graphics, animations, and visual elements for digital activation campaigns
• Develop platform-specific content and understanding what resonates with different audiences
• Be an important part of our everyday graphic production, supporting the team with general graphic production across print and digital channels.
• Ensure visual consistency within corporate brand guidelines

What you bring +5 years of experience as a trained Motion Graphics Designer preferably in an international setting Strong hands-on experience with video production, editing, and motion content - this is your area of passion and expertise Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Curious about emerging technologies and motivated to incorporate AI-driven tools into the creative process. Previous experience with AI is an advantage. You are comfortable moving between creative and operational work and you understand the target audiences and how to adapt visual content accordingly A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand identity and visual guidelines Structured and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously A good communicator - both written and spoken English is essential, as you'll be collaborating internationally Are collaborative, outgoing, and bring positive energy to the team - we're looking for someone who's comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and contributing to a great team dynamic
