Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Learning & Development or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and training activities.
• Experience with stakeholder management and organisational change.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean.
• Comfort working with data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented toward complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Link local training teams with process groups and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on GxP-compliant training setups and processes.
• Identify performance gaps and priorities using data.
• Lead or support training development projects from analysis to implementation.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support audits and inspections with documentation readiness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials and academy programs.
