• A relevant degree in Learning & Development or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and training activities.
• Experience with stakeholder management and organisational change.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean.
• Comfort working with data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented toward complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Link local training teams with process groups and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on GxP-compliant training setups and processes.
• Identify performance gaps and priorities using data.
• Lead or support training development projects from analysis to implementation.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials and academy programs.

As Area Training Partner in DPM IO, you will strengthen how training supports operational performance, regulatory compliance and capability development across the organisation. You will connect local training teams with strategic initiatives, turning learning into measurable progress. Your work will directly improve how colleagues build the skills they need to deliver quality, meet GxP standards and contribute to better health outcomes for people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you'll bring

• A relevant degree in Learning & Development, Educational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with learning and training activities.
• Experience with stakeholder management and organisational change.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably cLEAN®.
• Comfort working with data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborative relationships.
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.

Useful, but not essential:

• Experience from a production or operational environment.
• Proficiency in the local language.

What you'll do

You will act as the link between local training teams, process groups and strategic training initiatives — ensuring that training supports both daily operations and broader organisational goals.

• Partner with operational areas and Line of Business training teams to provide guidance on GxP-compliant training setups, systems and processes.
• Advise on training approaches that address performance gaps and business challenges, using operational and compliance data to prioritise initiatives.
• Lead or support training development projects, from needs analysis through to implementation with clear ownership and handover.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation and compliance readiness across training activities.
• Collaborate with content owners, subject matter experts and end users to develop engaging, effective training materials and academy programmes.

You will join the training function within DPM IO, part of People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs. In this area, colleagues help create an engaging, inclusive workplace and develop the talent needed to support Novo's purpose.

Your closest partners will be local training teams, Training Partners, leaders, subject matter experts and process groups across the business. You will also collaborate across functions and sites to drive best practice, standardisation and knowledge sharing. Based in Taastrup, you will work at the intersection of operational support and strategic development — bringing different perspectives together to strengthen training across the organisation.

Salary

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
