Job summary

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Learning & Development, Educational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with learning and training activities.
• Experience with stakeholder management and organisational change.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably cLEAN®.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborative relationships.
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational areas and Line of Business training teams to provide guidance on GxP-compliant training setups, systems and processes.
• Advise on training approaches that address performance gaps and business challenges, using operational and compliance data to prioritise initiatives.
• Lead or support training development projects, from needs analysis through to implementation with clear ownership and handover.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation and compliance readiness across training activities.
• Collaborate with content owners, subject matter experts and end users to develop engaging, effective training materials and academy programmes.
