• Degree in Learning & Development or a related field.
• At least 2 years of learning and training experience.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean).
• Comfort using data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between local training teams, process groups and strategic training initiatives.
• Advise on GxP-compliant training setups, systems and processes.
• Prioritise initiatives using operational and compliance data.
• Lead or support training development projects from needs analysis to implementation.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation readiness.
• Collaborate with content owners and SMEs to develop engaging training materials.
