Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Copenhagen, Denmark, seeks an Associate Strategic Partnerships Director to identify, develop and manage major collaborations with healthcare providers and industry partners, translating opportunities into scalable patient solutions and commercial models.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, MAPA and Medical teams, influence stakeholders, and shape regional strategies across Europe and Canada.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business management or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development in private healthcare.
• Proven track record in developing, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem; digital/eHealth knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to translate insights into actions.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
• Act as Key Account for strategic partners and manage relationships from dialogue to implementation.
• Explore future opportunities with internal and external stakeholders to build ecosystems.
• Drive projects that support overall strategy and monitor partnership performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, MAPA and Medical teams to leverage partnerships.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Leadership Teams on activities and outcomes.
