Alfa Laval in Denmark is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and deliver our recruiting strategy across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle, guiding sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience, while leveraging data and market insights to strengthen our talent position in a global environment.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to TA frameworks, and ensure compliant, high-quality hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience across multiple regions and with international teams.
• Experience from recruitment agency is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, technologies, and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Strategic stakeholder partnership with hiring managers and leaders; translate business needs into TA strategies with data-driven insights.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and align with workforce plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles, anticipate talent needs.
• Leverage internal data and external market insights to forecast talent availability.
• Lead recruitment in complex markets; strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
• Contribute to TA frameworks, policies, and global initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues and share best practices within the TA community.
