Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and deliver our global recruitment strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using data and market insights to influence decisions and build a strong pipeline of top talent.

In this role you will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with stakeholders across regions, leverage employer branding and analytics to drive better hiring outcomes, and contribute to scalable, future-focused hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of partnering with the business
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, technologies, and relevant regulations
• Experience working across multiple regions and with diverse, international teams
• Experience from a recruitment agency is considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Strategic stakeholder partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and pipelines.
• Leverage market intel and data to forecast hiring needs.
• Use analytics to measure recruitment performance.
• Lead recruitment in complex, competitive markets.
• Contribute to scalable TA frameworks and policies.
• Share best practices and mentor TA colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
