Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and deliver our recruitment strategy. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, shaping pipelines and influencing decisions with data-driven insights.

You will own the full lifecycle, anticipate talent needs, and lead sourcing in complex markets while upholding high standards for candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience partnering with the business and senior stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple regions and international teams.
• Agency recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Leverage data and market insights to forecast talent availability.
• Improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience.
• Lead in complex, competitive hiring markets and build employer branding.
• Collaborate with global TA community and ensure compliance.
