Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or HR cert is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience partnering with the business.
• Experience across multiple regions and international teams.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment practices, tools, regulations and ethics.
• Agency-recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic stakeholder partnership with hiring managers and leaders.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle aligned with workforce plans.
• Forecast talent needs and build sourcing strategies for key roles.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform decisions.
• Lead recruitment in complex, competitive markets.
• Contribute to TA frameworks, policies, and global initiatives.
• Share best practices and mentor colleagues across the TA community.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
