Job summary

Semco Maritime seeks a Senior Sales Manager to own end-to-end strategic sales opportunities within Renewables. You will manage the external commercial journey from opportunity identification through tender management, contract negotiation, and handover to execution, shaping winning strategies and building long-term customer relationships.

You will grow a strong pipeline of opportunities, work with customers, partners, and internal teams, and help expand our presence in international markets

Qualifications

• Significant experience with complex B2B sales, opportunity and tender management, contract negotiations, and the development of winning strategies for strategic sales opportunities.
• Experience from offshore wind, renewable energy, maritime, technical service, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sales opportunities from qualification through contract award and handover.
• Develop winning strategies for tenders and commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and support key account development.
• Lead customer negotiations with cross-functional teams (technical, operational, legal, procurement, finance).
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities including cross-selling and framework agreements.
• Ensure high-quality commercial proposals, risk assessments, and governance approvals.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, and integrity in all commercial activities.
