Job summary

Semco Maritime in Esbjerg / Aarhus / Copenhagen (Denmark) and Grimsby, UK, seeks a professional Tender Manager to lead the complete tender lifecycle for renewable offshore services. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and HSEQ to deliver compliant, customer-focused bids on time.

Reporting to the Sales Director, Service, you will manage governance, commercial risk, and handovers to project delivery, with travel for meetings and site visits expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary tenders in offshore wind, renewables, maritime, or energy services.
• Strong understanding of governance, pricing, risk, and approvals in tender processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong editing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant tender/CMS platforms.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewables offshore service tenders from qualification to award and handover.
• Define tender strategies, plans, timelines, responsibilities, and gates across the bid team.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, contractual, procurement, and HSEQ inputs into cohesive proposals.
• Manage pricing inputs, assumptions, exclusions, risks, and internal approvals.
• Quality-assure submissions and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
