Job summary

Semco Maritime invites applications for the Tender Manager, Renewable Offshore Services role. You will lead the complete tender lifecycle for offshore wind opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to build clear, compliant, and competitive proposals.

You will report to the Sales Director, Service, and be based in Esbjerg, Aarhus, Copenhagen or Grimsby with travel for meetings and site visits. The ideal candidate brings offshore tender experience, strong governance and pricing acumen,

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in tender or bid management within offshore wind, renewables, maritime, oil and gas, engineering, or technical services.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary tenders with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of tender governance, compliance, cost estimation, pricing, and risk.
• Excellent written English and strong communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender, CRM, document-management, or collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewable offshore service tenders from qualification through submission, negotiation, award and handover.
• Establish tender strategies, plans, timelines, responsibilities, gates and communication routines.
• Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, contractual, procurement, finance and HSEQ inputs.
• Manage pricing inputs, assumptions, exclusions, compliance, risks, opportunities and approvals.
• Prepare and quality-assure customer submissions and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
