Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Pricing Manager – PHEX to develop and govern pricing across PHEX product lines. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Portfolio Management, Finance, and Global Pricing to translate data into pricing actions that drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, price governance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure transparent and commercially sound pricing strategies across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant pricing or commercial analytics experience.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern pricing strategy for PHEX product lines with Sales and PMM.
• Translate market insights into pricing actions; monitor pricing KPIs.
• Maintain pricing master data, discount structures, and governance processes.
• Coordinate annual and ad-hoc price reviews and communicate changes to Sales.
• Collaborate with Finance, Pricing Office, and data owners to align decisions.
