As our Pricing Manager – PHEX, you’ll play a key role in developing and governing pricing for our PHEX product lines, helping Danfoss balance customer value, market positioning, and profitable growth.

Your impact? You’ll turn market insights, pricing analytics, and commercial data into clear pricing actions that influence business performance. From price positioning and new product launches to price reviews, discount structures, and pricing governance, you’ll help ensure that pricing decisions are consistent, transparent, and commercially sound.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Portfolio Management, Finance, the Global Pricing Office, and data stakeholders across Danfoss. This is a highly visible role where your recommendations can directly influence commercial performance across products, markets, and customer segments — while giving you the opportunity to build broader expertise at the intersection of pricing, commercial strategy, analytics, product management, and finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and drive pricing strategy for PHEX product lines, working with Sales and Product Portfolio Management to define price positioning, support new product pricing, and translate market and competitor insights into commercial actions.
• Turn pricing data into business decisions by running price simulations, monitoring pricing KPIs, identifying profitability leakages such as excessive discounts and rebates, and recommending actions to improve margins.
• Ensure effective price execution and governance by maintaining list prices, discount structures, approval processes, pricing tools, and ERP/selection software data, while ensuring pricing changes are implemented accurately and consistently.
• Drive pricing data quality and review processes by coordinating annual and ad-hoc price reviews, maintaining pricing master data, preparing decision materials, and ensuring clear communication of approved price changes to Sales.
• Create alignment across stakeholders by working closely with Sales, PPM, Finance, Pricing, the Global Pricing Office, and data owners to ensure pricing decisions are understood, agreed, and translated into effective commercial execution.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, analytical capability, and strong stakeholder management — someone who can move comfortably between data, pricing strategy, and day-to-day commercial execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial excellence, product management, finance, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably within an international B2B organization.
• Strong understanding of pricing fundamentals, including list price management, discount structures, price governance, approval processes, margin improvement, and profitability management.
• Strong analytical and systems skills, with experience using ERP systems, pricing or selection tools, master data processes, and data/analytics solutions to identify opportunities and support fact-based decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with a proactive, structured, and persistent approach to driving improvements across Sales, PPM, Finance, and Pricing.
