Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Pricing Manager – PHEX to lead pricing for PHEX product lines. You will balance customer value, market position, and profitable growth by turning insights into commercial actions across pricing, reviews, and governance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Portfolio Management, Finance, and the Global Pricing Office to ensure pricing decisions are understood and executed with impact across products, markets and customer segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field; Master's degree advantageous.
• At least 5 years of relevant pricing, commercial or analytics experience in an international B2B setting.
• Strong understanding of pricing fundamentals: list price, discount structures, price governance, margins.
• Strong analytical and systems skills with ERP and data/analytics tooling experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication, proactive and structured.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive pricing strategy for PHEX products with Sales and Product Portfolio Management.
• Run price simulations, monitor pricing KPIs, identify margins improvements and discounts.
• Maintain list prices, discount structures, approvals, tools, and ERP data with accurate changes.
• Coordinate pricing master data, price reviews, and communicate changes to Sales.
• Align with Sales, PPM, Finance, Pricing and Global Pricing Office to ensure clear, actionable pricing decisions.
