Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead global and regional pricing, delivering value-based pricing strategies across Flat-Station and Underfloor Heating portfolios. You will partner with Sales, Portfolio Management, Finance, and Commercial Operations to optimize tenders and pricing opportunities while monitoring margins.

As part of a data-driven Portfolio Management team, you will develop pricing models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions and improve price realization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or similar commercial roles within a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success leading pricing initiatives that improved profitability, price realization, or overall commercial performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leaders.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with pricing, ERP, or commercial systems to support pricing governance and business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional pricing strategies, including value-based pricing, discount structures, rebate frameworks, and annual list-price reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Portfolio Management, Finance, and Commercial Operations to evaluate tenders, pricing opportunities, and commercial terms.
• Analyze transaction data, market trends, competitor activity, input costs, and currency movements to recommend pricing actions that protect and grow margins.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes, governance, and digital tools such as Vendavo and SAP to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting that support commercial decision-making.
• Success in this role means delivering measurable gross margin expansion, improving price realization, strengthening pricing compliance, and reducing margin leakage across the Flat-Station and Underfloor Heating portfolios.

As our new Pricing Manager, you will develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies across our Flat-Station and Underfloor Heating portfolios, helping maximize gross margin while strengthening our competitive position in the market.

You will make a difference by balancing daily pricing operations with pricing strategy and tool optimization in a project-driven growth business, always taking a customer-focused and holistic view of the business.

Through your work, you'll help drive sustainable market share growth across global customer segments and regional markets while ensuring pricing decisions create value for customers and support profitable growth.

As part of the Portfolio Management team, you'll contribute to driving sustainable commercial success and product excellence across our climate and heating solutions portfolio. Together, we enable customers to improve energy performance, reduce carbon emissions, and create lasting value through innovative and efficient heating applications. You'll join a collaborative, data-driven, and commercially focused team that values open dialogue, continuous learning, constructive feedback, and pragmatic problem-solving.

Essential Qualifications
