Job summary

ActionAid Denmark is looking for a strategic and collaborative Team Lead to strengthen our ability to be findable, fundable and likeable. The role unites resource mobilisation, partnerships and impact storytelling to secure funding and build trust with supporters.

Situated within the Programme Department, you will lead a 5-person team spanning partnerships, MEAL and knowledge management, working across departments to sharpen our positioning, documentation and engagement with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with resource mobilisation, partnerships, donor engagement and proposal development.
• Strong MEAL, impact documentation, knowledge management and organisational learning knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary, multicultural remote teams and developing people through coaching and accountability.
• Ability to work strategically with positioning, communication and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnership development, donor engagement and external positioning.
• Drive resource mobilisation strategies and diversify funding sources.
• Oversee proposals, donor reporting and documentation processes.
• Strengthen MEAL systems and evidence generation for learning.
• Collaborate with communications to improve visibility and engagement.
• Establish knowledge-sharing systems across the organisation.
